In the heart of Wrigleyville and easy access to the redline to get downtown quickly. Grill on back deck and front porch with view of Wrigley. House is only two years old and has modern kitchen with spa like bathrooms. Two living rooms and two fireplaces upstairs and all the bedrooms are downstairs.
Being feet from wrigley please keep in mind parking is very hard to come by. I provide guest passes for street parking only. The street parking is all of wrigleyville zone 383. There is no free garage parking included.
