Get ready to relax in this welcoming studio in Shreveport. This peaceful retreat features a cozy bedroom with a full bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an additional office nook with a comfy sofa bed. The space is 300 square feet with all amenities in the kitchen nook. Guests can unwind in the tranquil surroundings listening to the local birds, freshen in the in-ground pool and take advantage of the AC and heating inside. You can sit by the fireplace and even use the barbecue in the garden! When it is time to wind down you have a high speed internet with 36” tv for your use. You are welcome to bring your favorite pet, preferably small sized dog (inside trained) and allow them to roam in the gated area. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Shreveport and our studio-bungalow has to offer.

I cant say enough about this rental or the owner. The room and accommodations are quaint and comfortable. I had everything I needed and the bed is absolutely awesome! It’s a quiet neighborhood and I had my own little place to enter and exit the premises. I would give this rental 10 stars if I could.

The Host was excellent. Communications were outstanding! The property is very cozy, clean, and close to my favorite street, Youree Drive, without being directly on the street. Loved the BED!!! This was like an Efficiency Apartment. Peaceful. It is not in the main house, located behind the main house. I wished I could have gotten in the POOL!!! Not a polar bear. Spacious in the common area. The kitchenette was everything needed. Due to the size of the Bathroom, I would caution future Guests to consider that it is a little ‘close’ in there. Mobility navigation may be a little challenging. I met the challenges and won! (for example - I am under 5’5”, weighing in at over 170 but under 220). Would also caution wheelchair-bound persons unless you have help getting to and from the front door. But once inside, awesome stay!!! I slept and didn’t even think about LEAVING!!!

The pool was clean and inviting. The yard was lush and relaxing. The kitchenette was well-supplied. The sitting area was comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is historic and has that old town feel.
