The Waterfront Terrace is a second-floor duplex that does not have access to the downstairs living area, which is secured by a locked door.
** If interested, guests can inquire about renting both the upstairs and downstairs portions of the River House.**

This home features two separate units that can be rented together or individually, offering flexible options for your stay. Each unit provides complete privacy indoors, including all interior amenities.
Please note that although outdoor amenities may be accessed by other guests if the units are booked separately, each unit does have one small completely private outdoor area.

The pool is not available for heating and is closed seasonally (November–March 30) with an automatic hardtop cover.
No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
**All children must be supervised by an adult at all times when outdoors**.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Send KJ a text after checking out.
Clean your dishes and pot/pans or extra cleaning fee will be charged of $50.
This is my home, not a hotel. I kindly ask that you clean up after yourself. If additional cleaning is required beyond the usual, extra cleaning fees will be charged to the guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Peaceful and Breathtaking views!

We were visiting Augusta to celebrate our granddaughter getting married. We arrived after dark. The next morning I awoke before sunrise... walked out on to the deck with coffee to an amazing picturesque view over the Savannah River! The description and reality were SPOT ON! The space was open and relaxing! When Augusta calls again, we will go right back to this home!

This was the perfect place to stay to attend the Masters, or to simply enjoy the outdoors along the water. We spent a lot of time at the firepit looking out over the water, and watching some Masters coverage on the comfy couch in the living room. Great communication from the property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean house on the river. Tons of activities to do from, kayaking, swimming in the pool, corn hole, fire pit. Right near downtown Augusta with lots of great restaurants. Beautiful sunrises from the deck with your morning coffee. Covered lower deck for the hot afternoons. Very private and quiet.

Communication with owner was thorough and clear. House was very clean, and was stocked nicely with all the basics. The back of the house is almost entirely windows, so the view of the river was beautiful. Morning coffee on the back deck was bliss! Pool was nice, and there were plenty of floats and toys under the house.

Wonderful getaway

This was a wonderful place for us to escape for spring break. We had a pool, kayaks, kitchen to cook in and much more. We enjoyed a baseball game near by in north Augusta, walks along the river walk in Augusta, seeing the James Brown statue, and wonderful places to eat. kJ did such a great job at providing a safe and comfortable place to stay, and also giving advice on fun things to do as a family. Golfing over the river or over the pool was equally fun. We would definitely return to this great property.

The River House is everything the posting demonstrates, and KJ is a very attentive and caring host. Our family was looking for a lakefront property with a pool to spend a week at. We found the River House to be in excellent condition and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Every day we enjoyed kayaking the Savannah River and the pool. My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. We are from Michigan and wanted to head south to somewhere warm that had a pool, fish, and private but close to restaurants. Lots to do on property to keep everyone entertained. The water view is so beautiful and peaceful. The property is very well taken care of and clean. Communication was never any issue at all as KJ was quick in response and super sweet to work with! True southern hospitality at its best!

Peaceful Secluded River oasis

I stayed here while filming a Tv show in Augusta, the house was perfect, very secluded & pvt, lush landscaping/ garden property along the peaceful Savannah river. Close to everything! The house was very clean and comfortable. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen was perfect. The outside deck was great for working out.
