The property was great. It was very clean and was exactly what was needed for a week stay. The host was great and very helpful when I needed to adjust our stay. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice clean space. It is outside of the busy part of town but close enough to shopping and dining.

Excellent location to Warren Willis Conference Center. Close to picturesque City Hall and Library. Close to great dining at The Rose Plantation and good breakfast at the Toast Cafe. Housecleaning was a little lax although home was remodeled. Just not as clean as you would keep your own home. Towels, washcloths, were not staged in the bathroom but stored in a catch all closet in the bedroom. Some pests were seen during our stay, so pest control would be indicated. The entrance which is lighted 24/7 was veiled with the webs and insects that should be cleared away to give a good first impression as guests enter the property. If you like cats, there are plenty in the neighborhood.
