Welcome to Little Creek Mesa Cabin, a family-friendly desert retreat set on over 10 acres of peaceful high-desert land in Apple Valley. Surrounded by wide-open mesa views and quiet desert beauty, this cozy cabin offers a relaxing escape near Zion National Park.

Inside, the cabin features a king bedroom, an open loft with two twin beds (ladder access with safety gates), a futon in the living area, and a comfortable space for family movie nights. Step outside to enjoy your private patio, wood-burning fire pit (firewood provided), picnic table, and gas grill.

Guests also enjoy access to a shared hot tub on the property, on-site walking trails, and nearby ancient Native American petroglyphs. Zion National Park is approximately 35–45 minutes away, making this a perfect base for Southern Utah adventures.

Guests have full private access to the Little Creek Mesa Cabin, along with shared access to select amenities on the property to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Free parking is available just steps from the cabin, and high-speed WiFi is provided throughout your stay.

You’ll have access to the shared hot tub on the property, available 24 hours a day. Please be mindful of quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM so everyone can enjoy a peaceful experience.

Around the property, guests are welcome to explore the on-site walking trails, including areas where ancient Native American petroglyphs can be viewed. You’ll also enjoy a private fire pit at your cabin, with complimentary firewood provided.

Inside the cabin, we provide coffee, paper towels, basic toiletries, and fire-starting supplies for your convenience.

If you need specific items or have special requests, please inquire well in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We want you to have plenty of privacy and space to relax and enjoy your stay. While we are not on-site full time, we live nearby and are available if you need assistance, have questions, or would like local recommendations.

There may be times when we’re not immediately reachable, but we’re always just a message away and will respond as quickly as possible. Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us, and we’re happy to help whenever needed while still giving you the space to enjoy a quiet, restful stay.

Little Creek Mesa Cabin is located in quiet, rural Apple Valley, Utah — an area known for its wide-open spaces, dark night skies, and rich cultural history. The property sits near Little Creek Mesa and Gooseberry Mesa, offering excellent hiking and biking opportunities. You’ll be close enough to Zion National Park for day trips, yet far enough away to enjoy true desert peace and solitude.

This is a rural property, and guests may encounter wildlife such as lizards, spiders, birds, or small critters during their stay. Friendly goats live on the property in fenced areas, and feral cats may be present — please do not feed or pet them.

Cell service is generally good with AT&T but may vary. Weather-related power outages are rare but possible. The loft is accessed by a ladder and may not be suitable for very young children without supervision.
House Rules – Little Creek Mesa Cabin

To help keep the property safe, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow these house rules:

General Rules

• No parties or large gatherings
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Please supervise children at all times, especially near the loft, fire pit, and outdoor areas
• Do not leave food outside or unattended — local wildlife and feral cats will help themselves
• Please do not feed wildlife
• Guests are responsible for monitoring any food or package deliveries

Smoking

• No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only — please be mindful of other guests
• Keep doors and windows closed while smoking
• Dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not litter

Hot Tub (Shared Amenity)

• The hot tub is shared with other cabins on the property
• No alcohol consumption while in the hot tub
• No shaving, soaps, or oils in the hot tub
• No pets allowed in the hot tub
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Please respect quiet hours when using the hot tub

Fire Pit

• Fires are permitted only in the designated private fire pit
• Firewood is provided
• Never leave a fire unattended
• Make sure the fire is completely extinguished after use

Pets

• Pets are welcome Limited to 2 dogs
• Pets must be leashed at all times outdoors
• Please keep pets off furniture
• Clean up after your pets
• Do not leave pets unattended unless crated
• Excessive cleaning or damage related to pets may result in additional charges

Petroglyphs & Property

• Petroglyphs are for viewing only — please do not touch, climb on, or disturb them
• Stay on established paths when exploring the property
