Enjoy this residential home, comfortably sleeps 6, with dining room, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and yard. Home is close to many great Austin destinations like The Domain, FC Stadium, and restaurants. Only a 15 min drive to downtown.

You're welcome to use serving dishes, dinnerware, cookware, washer & dryer. Free wifi and carport and street parking.

No pets are allowed. We will ask guests to leave the premises for violating this rule, and guests will lose the entire booking amounts.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take your trash bags out to the trash bins provided on the left side of the carport.
Please set the AC to 75 degrees or heater to 68 degrees, and turn off stove, oven, and all light features before you leave/checkout.
When you leave/checkout, please lock up the back door manually from the inside and exit through the front door, then press the lock button on the keypad from the outside to lock the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful property in a great location! The host was incredibly responsive and polite. A little bare bones- could use a few coffee mugs, a couple more pillows, and maybe some art on the walls- but overall a very pleasant stay.
