This is a very comfortable condo. The balcony is shaded in the morning and great to enjoy coffee and breakfast. The Host, Tricia, is very accomodating.

Location was EVERYTHING! Communication was great with the property owner. There were a few beach chairs and a small umbrella available which was amazing, I had no idea how much we would actually use them. We’ll be back!!!

This is our 2nd visit to “A Place at the Beach”. The condo has everything to make your beach stay perfect. Great location. Direct access to the beach. And the pool for cooling off. Our host Patricia was Very accommodating. We will definitely come back.

This was hands down one of the best condos we have ever stayed in at OIB. It was very cute and clean, had new appliances and plenty of pots/pans/nice dishes, etc . It was even stocked with items we brought - thinking we needed to supply (like trash bags, cleaners, etc.) The bed was fantastic - so comfortable. The fact that it's directly next to a ramp beach access was great for this family with a beach wagon. lol. The pool and private beach access from the pool was also great - perfect for our toddler. We loved having covered access to the condo where we could store our chairs, etc. Loved the deck and chairs - it had a great view and was shady. Would definitely recommend! Would love to stay here again, but sometimes we travel with our small dog (he stayed home this time with his grandparents). Thanks for a wonderful stay! :)

This is a great condo to rent, especially since it's right on the beach (condo had a beach view). The condo was very clean and was ready to go (early-which was wonderful)! Patricia thought of everything you would need while on vacation. Another plus, there was a washer and dryer in the condo!! Definitely recommend this condo!
