Apartment 4 people on the first floor of Urb. La Rosaleda I, with 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a spacious living room with a well-equipped American kitchen (vitro, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), a spacious terrace of 16 meters covered with beautiful views of the community pool, urbanization with a large green area 250 meters from the beach. Very close to the center of Denia, in an area with extensive services: supermarkets, bus stop, hospitality, bakery. Parking space in closed area. All exterior, very bright, and is in perfect condition.
Ideal for families with children and people willing to enjoy a vacation in complete tranquility with all kinds of amenities.

Lekker ruim app met 2 slaapkamers en een fijn overdekt dakterras met prima uitzicht. Vond het niet erg schoon en miste aantal dingen. Theemokken, theekoker, wc papier En er lag schimmel in keukenkast, ook op snijplank. De eerste slaapkamer werkte systeem rolgordijn niet dus slaapt niet in donker.

Tolle Wohnung, gepflegte Anlage, schöner Pool, nahes Meer

Die Wohnung ist einwandfrei. Ein großer Balkon (mit Schiebefenstern) rundet das Bild ab. Der Blick in einen sehr schönen, gepflegten Garten auf einen sauberen Pool. PKW Platz dabei, die Schlafzimmer beide mit Klimaanlage. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, um auch mal selbst zu kochen. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Kleiner Einkaufsmarkt um die Ecke, Aldi in Laufweite (mit Bäckerei). Zum Meer braucht man ca. 3 Minuten. Danach kann man sich unter den Gartenduschen abduschen. Rund rum ein sehr toller Urlaub ! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Résidence belle et calme avec piscine assez grande, logement pratique et équipé, seul points négatifs étant la vaisselle encore sale et la non-climatisation dans le salon. Séjour conseillé.

Más cómodo imposible

Hemos pasado cuatro días en este apartamento en Semana Santa y la verdad es que es muy cómodo, amplio luminoso y tranquilo. Tanto la persona que nos dio las llaves como la propietaria han sido muy amables. El apartamento está muy cerca de la playa la cual es de arena fina, esta muy limpia y tiene muy poco oleaje. El único inconveniente es que para llegar hay que cruzar la carretera de las marinas a la torera y con niños se hace un poco peligroso. Por lo demás, todo de diez. Me gustaría comprobar si en Agosto esta urbanización es tan tranquila como lo ha sido en Semana Santa. No tendremos más remedio que volver a "sacrificarnos" y alquilar de nuevo para comprobarlo. Saludos.

De super vacances dans un endroit très familial, avec un jardin très bien entretenu

Nous avons passé une super semaine, avec une piscine très bien entretenu et une plage à 200 mètres. Denia est une ville à découvrir. Je recommande cet appartement, où l'on se sent de suite très bien. Merci à Nerea, la propriétaire et à Esther et sa sœur pour leur gentillesse.

Las vacaciones han estado muy bien. El apartamento bien, la urbanizacion fenomenal, la zona tambien muy bien y por supuesto el tiempo perfecto.

Unas vaccaciones relajadas

Hola, finales de abril pasamos nustras vaccaciones de primavera en el apartamento y esto fueron las vacaciones que hay que repetir. El apartamento esta ubicado a solo unos 5 minutos a pie de una preciosa playa de arena, tambien hay unos supermercados muy cerca: Aldi y Mas y mas, el Burger King y claro en el casco antinguo de Denia uno puede encontrar lo que quiere...restaurantes, tiendas de moda, heladerias.... El apartamento estaba muy limpio y en buen estado con vistas a la piscina, ideal para 4. Recibimos tambien un excelente servicio por parte de los propietarios y lo recomendaria sobretodo a las familias. Saludos de Eslovenia, Nina y familia
