It is an apartment with a Modern, Minimalist, and easy to use design.
It is close, 150 meters, to 2 beaches of fine white sand, Raset beach and Albaranas beach, the last of which is dunes. Denia center is 5 minutes walk. You don't need to take the car at all, to go to all the places of interest: restaurants, pharmacies, shops, etc. - it's all on foot.

The apartment is fully equipped to spend your vacation. It has hot/cold air conditioning in each room of the house. Free WIFI. Satellite TV.

Apartment description: 70 m2 distributed as follows:

1 Living room with 1 sofa, convertible into 1 bed for 2 people (1 mattress measuring 1.40 x 1.90 and the pillow are viscoelastic); living room furniture, 1 TV with Satellite Antenna (channels in German, English, French), WIFI, Air Conditioning, etc. A dining table with 6 chairs. It has direct access to the terrace.
Use of the sofa bed in the living room has an additional price to use it as a bed. It can be used in the case of the fifth and sixth people.

1 Complete open kitchen, fully equipped (dishes, cutlery, appliances, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). It has direct access to the terrace.

First bedroom with double bed measuring 1.50 x 1.90 (visco elastic mattresses and pillows); a built-in wardrobe, 1 TV, clothes iron with its board, hot/cold air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, etc.

Second bedroom with two single beds of 0.90X1.90 (visco elastic mattresses and pillows); 1 TV, built-in wardrobe, hot/cold air conditioning.

1 Bathroom with shower measuring 1.40 X 0.80 m, WC, bidet, hairdryer.

1 large sunny terrace, overlooking the 2 pools, with waterfalls. The terrace has awnings, 1 table and 6 chairs, sun loungers.

There is a deposit of 150 euros refundable upon departure, if everything is in the same order and cleanliness as on the day of entry. This deposit is not included in the final price, which is stated on the rental website, and is paid upon entry to the home, in cash. And it is returned on the last day, if everything is correct, also in cash.

The last cleaning has 2 options:
1. If the home is returned clean-cleaning is not paid.
2. If the home is returned dirty, 70 euros will be deducted from the deposit for the last cleaning.

Crib availability - 6 euros/day.

The sofa bed is used from the fifth and sixth people. There will be a supplement of 35 euros/person per week (if the stay is one week or more), or 10 euros/day (if the stay is less than one week).

Entry to the house is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Leaving the house is at 11:00 in the morning.
