This is a place to have a good time and enjoy or you could get to know the many attractions that this paradise has to offer (including gorgeous beaches of course!), hit the road and explore at your own pace. We are close to everything!

Fantastic Condo in Resort Community

Our family had a wonderful experience renting this condo. Aleks was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. The place was clean and spacious and had a fabulous pool and everything we needed. We felt safe being in a resort community and had access to all the facilities and private beaches and even bought passes to have all you can eat and drink. We will definitely be returning and staying here again!

Lovely condo, perfect for a quiet get-away

Aleks' condo at Terrazas/Bahia Principe turned out to be the perfect place for a quiet getaway. The condo is comfortable and very clean. Bed is super comfy. I went to do yoga and meditate and spend some quiet introspective time. The Tao yoga center is a 5 minute walk, and there's a lovely vegetarian cafe there run by the marvelous and always glowing, Rosa Maria. BP Resort has all of the amenities of a 5 star property. Highly recommend this condo. Thanks to Aleks and Alanis.

PERFECT!!

We stayed at the condo for 7 nights in March with our two daughters. The weather was beautiful, the pool was amazing and the condo was perfect. Super clean, brand new, very comfortable beds, no bugs, great showers, NETFLIX!! A very enjoyable stay. Aleks was really helpful with whatever questions we had. It is, however, a bit far from any restaurants-aside from the all-inclusive resorts, which we did not use. We got some groceries and cooked some meals. The condo has everything you need for cooking. Other times we took a taxi or the collectivo to Tulum beach. A gorgeous beach with lots of hip restaurants!! Highly recommend swimming in the cenotes!

What makes this property unique

The resort alone offers all one can need on a short or long time stay and for those with a more adventurous sprit, we are close to just about everything: shopping, ruins, fishing, theme parks, ethnic tours, best beaches in the caribbean, etc.
You can buy day-passes at the resort and enjoy an all-inclusive day including the use of the facilities in one or several of the resorts within the complex, all accessible with the included mini-train transportation (available from 5:00am through 2:00am), tennis, bicycles, restaurants, pools, massage, gymnasium, beaches (long stretch of over 1 km. within the complex), community pools right outside the condo, lounge chairs and covered dining tables (with grilling area) to hang out by the community pool, and so many more things it's impossible not to miss something.
