Enjoy your stay in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. Centrally located San Matera is a gated resort community with a peaceful park atmosphere and amenities galore. Beautiful 1st floor unit on the lake with private parking. Short walk to all amenities and Managment office. Walk to Gardens mall, Downtown, Whole Food, Trader Joe's, Carmine's Gourmet Italian Market, Restaurant and Gift shop. Mins to many Restaurants, Beaches, State Parks, Community Center, and Farmers Market. Close to I95 and Turnpike. 25 mins to the PBI airport and Brightline Train.
