For the bedroom, a king-sized bed, California closets, and a beautiful walk-in rain shower. The condo also has 1 TV in the living room for your entertainment. New window treatments as well. All new patio furniture for you to enjoy while watching the waves on the Gulf, and a sofa couch for additional sleeping. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *
