Great location. Communication with the management company was good...they were very kind. Check in was easy. It appears they are working on getting the property fully renovated, so there are pieces still needing addressed. Price was a little steep given those things...but it's a nice place.

This lovely property met our family’s needs as we gathered on Marco Island. The house rules were reasonable. The host was responsive but could not address the issues we experienced. We reported trouble with the air conditioning on day 1 (Thursday) of a four day stay and it was never resolved. In August on Marco Island, air conditioning can make or break a stay. We also had trouble with a toilet, reporting it promptly, and resorted to inadequate DIY fixes as the maintenance crew did not show.
