The apartment was clean and conveniently located, close to everything we needed. However, the listing was misleading. It advertised free parking, but upon arrival, we found out that parking was not actually free, and we had to pay for it. After speaking with the host, she mentioned that parking is no longer free but offered to send 50 to cover the cost. Unfortunately, after several trips in and out, the total cost exceeded 50. I reached out to customer service, and they were very helpful. The host then suggested that if we wanted to cancel our reservation, she would be happy to assist. We never mentioned leaving, but I was disappointed by the false advertising regarding free parking.
