Welcome to your lakeside home-away-from-home on beautiful Lake Hamilton! Our modern and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect base for your Hot Springs adventure.

The heart of our home is the open living area, where you can relax on the comfortable sleeper sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace or watch a movie on the smart TV. This space opens onto a private, furnished balcony—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening glass of wine while soaking in the stunning water views.

Our condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The primary bedroom features a restful king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for privacy. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed.

You'll have everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. For your convenience, we also provide an in-unit washer and dryer and central air conditioning.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the shared community swimming pool. Bringing your boat? We have a designated boat slip waiting for you! (Just no trailer or boat parking)

We've designed our space to be a comfortable and stylish retreat and can't wait to host you!

Excellent review for everything..just was not able to open the gate as i did not receive the access code had to wait about 15mins for someone to come out so i could get in hopefully that won't happen again next time

The lake view was enjoyed- especially seeing the sunrise. The pool was closed but I imagine it is because we visited in October and the water would be too cold. The gated entrance to the condos is a very steep hill. The parking is also kind of steep. It wasn’t an issue just something to be aware of. You go up one flight of steps to get to the condo but then you are on the 3rd floor / top of the condos. The condos are older but the interior was nicely updated. The beds were comfy. Do know that with the large glass sliding door in the primary bedroom that outdoor noises can be heard. We use a sleep machine so wasn’t an issue but if you normally sleep with it silent you can hear the cars on the bridge. Little bottles of shampoo, soap, and such were available on the bathroom counter but we brought our own. They provided 2 packets of instant coffee but there is a great little coffee shop right outside of the condos that I recommend. There was also a coffee maker available but we didn’t have any coffee grounds. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. I am an amputee so the stairs were difficult and I didn’t see them mentioned in the listing, but I’m sure it was my fault. I loved the view once I got up there.
