We very much enjoyed our stay at BW Caper. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the boats and the occasional dolphins. Kevin and Anne were very informative about any updates to the complex and always got back to us. It was very well stocked with everything we needed…looking forward to our stay in 2025!

Beautiful and Clean Condo

My stay at Kevin and Anne’s condo exceeded my expectations. Its beautiful, full of light, clean, well-stocked and organized. Communication was seamless and they were so kind. We hope to stay at their amazing condo again soon!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautiful condo at Boardwalk Caper. This unit is beautifully furnished and it has a wonderful waterfront view. The owners, Anne and Kevin, take great care to assure their guests enjoy this slice of paradise. We hope to return! Catherine and Bob

We had an awesome stay at 824 and look forward to a return stay.

The property couldn't have been nicer. I give it a 10plus. I especially enjoyed my mornings watching the sun rise, the Dolphins playing and the magnificent Pelicans. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed. The owners were very gracious and helpful with everything . We loved every minute and hated to leave. Thank you Anne!! The Booths

Great location to beaches, comfortably furnished. Well equipped kitchen, linens, towels.

Faces west for beautiful sunsets, access to 4 pools, covered garage, quiet, off the street parking. Safe environment with use of kayak and bikes. Welcoming neighborhood within walking distance to Fort Myers Beach or hop the trolley right outside the gates of the complex. Nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen.
