Enjoy Gulf sunsets from this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath second floor condo in a gated boater's paradise, Boadwalk Caper. With 1,700 square feet under air and water views from the living room and master bedroom, this unit boasts covered parking, elevator and a 14 ft. wide boat slip for up to a 60 ft. boat on a deep water canal. Stay fit in the community fitness room, tennis court, waterfront pool, or stroll or run along the lighted, 3/4 mile waterfront boardwalk. Beautiful area for kayaking and paddleboarding with the Great Calusa Blueway’s 190-mile marked trail right at your dockstep. To head to the beach, you can paddle, boat, sail, bike, or board the trolley at the nearby Lee Tran trolley stop and the sand is in your toes in minutes.

We very much enjoyed our stay at BW Caper. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the boats and the occasional dolphins. Kevin and Anne were very informative about any updates to the complex and always got back to us. It was very well stocked with everything we needed…looking forward to our stay in 2025!

Faces west for beautiful sunsets, access to 4 pools, covered garage, quiet, off the street parking. Safe environment with use of kayak and bikes. Welcoming neighborhood within walking distance to Fort Myers Beach or hop the trolley right outside the gates of the complex. Nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen. My husband, Kevin and I have made Ft.Myers our home for more than 30 years. We have two sons and a cockapoo named Huckleberry (pictured paddle boarding with Anne.) Our Family enjoys being active on the water in southwest Florida, from fishing to boating to paddle boarding and kayaking. We are also avid tennis players.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of the condo. We enjoy early morning kayaking along the Calusa Blueway, enjoying the local beach eateries, shelling, and walking the beach. Grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants are conveniently located nearby so you you don’t have to go far to get what you need.

What makes this property unique

Friendly neighbors, next door to a great seafood restaurant, Pinchers, and a one mile waterfront boardwalk. The dolphins play in the canal fronting the condo in the early morning and evenings. We also enjoy watching the many types of boats coming into and out of the harbor from our second floor porch.
