Studio Premium apartment with 45 m2, double glazing, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, holds up to 4 people + 1 baby up to 02 INCOMPLETE YEARS, fireplace (it is possible to ask the flat staff to light the fire!), full kitchen with microwave, stove, glasses, cutlery, pots, refrigerator, granite sink, 2 LED subscription TVs, free WI-FI, automation with lighting programs, individual central air, SCA furniture, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathtub. All the facilities at the Hotel Lage de Pedra are available: gym, huge kids space with monitors and constant visits from Captain Quati (Hotel mascot), green area with native forest and gazebo to the Quilombo Valley (a must-see), heated indoor pool , outdoor pool, Panoramic Restaurant, Coffee Shop, valet, large free indoor parking, 2 clay tennis courts and 1 cement, outdoor playground. Laje de Pedra Spa next to the hotel with relaxation or revitalization programs. Bicycle tours (separately). The flat is located inside a closed condominium with beautiful gardens and buildings with European architecture. There are 2 ponds with a fountain where you can watch ducks and geese. Canela Center 1.5 km.
