Our group of 14 stayed at this villa in Curaçao. While it resembles the photos, several issues impacted our experience.The walk-in closet in the primary bedroom had no electricity, and we were told after arrival that they were aware of it. This should have been disclosed beforehand. We were also informed upon arrival that there was a daily electricity limit for air conditioning and that we would be charged if we exceeded it — again, not disclosed prior to booking.The home lacked basic essentials for a large group. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided, and when I messaged about more, the message was read but never answered. We had to purchase additional toilet paper, trash bags (none were provided), and dish soap for the main kitchen ourselves.There was visible wear and tear throughout the home, including cracked/chipped paint and a damaged patio sofa. The wooden pool deck had loose and uneven boards that caused multiple people to trip, creating a safety concern.There were no clear instructions for the washer or checkout procedures. Additionally, despite me asking that my key not be given to anyone else, the owner gave it to another guest without confirming with me.Due to the lack of transparency, communication, and maintenance concerns, I would not stay here again or recommend it
