Relax and enjoy some R&R in our new luxurious RV in Grand Riviera RV Resort

This is a great location with 3 swimming pools, playground, pickle-ball, dog park, coin laundry. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores beaches are only a 15-minute drive.

Gulf Shores State Park for hiking, fishing, picnicking, fishing off the pier and biking, great restaurants are everywhere, put-put, arcade and an assume electric go-cart right down the street, an amusement & water park is practically across the street, shopping is close by.

The RV is a 2025 Keystone Montana with front living with 3 AC units that keep it nice and cool. Has on demand water heater so you never run out of hot water

King size bed, 2 queen sleeper sofas, 1 1/2 bath, with walk-in full body shower and full kitchen.

Property is located directly across from pool, playground and dog park and laundry facilities in the RV Resort.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set all hemostats at 76 degrees and leave on Low Cool Auto. Place al yellow arm bands on dining table.
Stack all chairs and place grill under front overhang of RV.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our family traveled from South Louisiana for our daughter’s 4th birthday. The RV had everything that we needed more. From the cozy feel to all the homey touches…. We will be back for sure. Even our fur baby enjoyed it. The goat was so nice & thoughtful. We appreciate you for creating a place that made this family trip on we will never forget. Can’t wait till next time.
