Villa Rana is a magnificent 7000 square foot contemporary style Villa
built on 2 lots in The Pedregal, a private gated community. There are
4 bedrooms and 4.5bathrooms for your family or group to enjoy!
When entering Villa Rana, you step into an entry courtyard with a
large grass area.
The space
You then enter the main interior courtyard with the
heated pool( 82 ) as the main focus of this wonderful private area that is
shielded from the houses above. From the courtyard, you can look
through the large glass doors to the unobstructed view of the Pacific
Ocean.
On the main level overlooking the ocean is an infinity hot tub and
deck where you can sunbathe and watch spectacular sunsets. If swimming
is your exercise of choice, take advantage of the 50 foot lap
pool.
Each bedroom has an ocean view and is airconditioned.
Enjoy white water views. The upper terrace is perfect for hanging out
or stargazing.
The main level has two bedrooms, and up five steps are two more
bedrooms and bathrooms.
The kitchen features high-end appliances, including a Wolf range and
Sub-Zero refrigerator.
It's a wonderful neighborhood for walking, with many different routes
you can take. Plus, it is just a 7 minute walk to the beach. It is
common to see people strolling on the beach or walking their dogs, and
occasionally you'll see passing cruise ships. Swimming in the ocean on
the Pacific side is not advised, but there are wonderful beaches along
the Sea of Cortez that are within a 15 minute drive.
It is only a 5 minute drive to the center of Cabo San Lucas and the
harbor where you can have dinner on the esplanade, hop on a fishing or
snorkeling boat, go shopping, take a sightseeing water taxi or enjoy a
dinner sunset cruise.
Having a rental car is useful if you are planning on going to town a
lot, although taxi service is very good.
There is a concierge service in The Pedregal that offers in-home
personal services such as a chef, massage and spa treatments, and
sightseeing trips and excursions.
