We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly communicative and made us feel welcome with thoughtful touches throughout the space. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests.

Great communication with the property owner, I appreciated that this home was actively lived in as it was more personable and truly did feel like a home away from home! I loved all of the personal notes and touches as they sat out gifts of food and drinks for us to enjoy during our stay. Surprisingly it was not loud with vehicle noise at any point although it was right off of a main road. With it being off of a main road it was challenging at times to maneuver backing out of the driveway as the driveway space was also very limited and narrow but this was typical for this area. We are looking forward to booking this stay again & the travel to NYC from this location was very brief and a perfect distance!!

Be careful the host will require you to get Damage insurance on the property/stay and will file a claim. They tried to say we damaged their deep freezer. which is impossible to damage in 1 to 2 days. THEY FILED FOR A 800 dollar CLAIM. Location is in the hood urban area of Jersey City. Probably one of the most uncomfortable stays we have ever had since traveling. This house is not Guest Ready. All the hosts personal items are laying out on dressers & There is no storage/closet space at all completely for your items. very uncomfortable. We had to leave our bags on the floor near the closet since the closets were zip tied also. So get ready to live out of your bag. All the dressers and closets are zip tied like someone lives there and in the basement, they have big white curtains that just covers up all their junk. They need to get rid of. There is tons of Stinky smelly food in the refrigerator and freezers and a few roaches running around. This leaves you no room to put any water or anything you would like in the refrigerator.The parking is horrible nowhere to park outside of the house if it's more than one guest. This Host also has one abandoned old car parked in the front, with no plates which leaves you with less parking for your family. We do not recommend this place and would not ever stay again. We are happy it wasn’t a long trip

This individual booked my property for 4 guests but significantly violated house rules by hosting a large unauthorized gathering of over 30 individuals. This resulted in substantial damage to the property, including furniture, floors, and multiple areas of the home. There was also evidence of additional overnight guests and misuse of household items beyond what was agreed upon. Video and photo documentation clearly shows the number of individuals entering and exiting the property during the stay. I have hosted many prior guests, including multi-night stays, who have consistently had positive experiences and left favorable reviews. This situation was not representative of the typical experience at my property. Due to the extent of the violations and damage, I would not host this guest again and strongly recommend other hosts carefully consider before accepting a booking.
