We loved this property. Lots of space for our family. Beautiful setting. The kids enjoyed the basketball and pool in the barn. We enjoyed the green grass (and seeing a beaver in the pond). Location is convenient to BYUI campus. Tim is a great communicator and wanted us to have an excellent stay. Our family would definitely stay here again!

We had our family reunion here. 35 during the day and 24 sleeping. Six huge bedrooms with floor space for kids. I was afraid the pond wouldn’t be big enough but it exceeded my expectations. It’s shallow at the edges, but deep enough for swimming and big enough for paddle boarding. We brought our own paddle boards and more life jackets. There are a couple of Peddle boats and a couple inflatables and fishing rods. The kids and some adults thoroughly loved the pond. We played volleyball, kickball, corn hole. A couple kids used the library and games. We really loved the baby grand piano!The kitchen is a great size for preparing meals. I wish there was another fridge for all the food we had with that many people. The grill worked great. I brought an extra large pot as I planned cooking corn, but the stove is an induction one and you can’t use other types of pots on it. I loved having the four cookie sheets. There is a good selection of cookie sheets. I did bring extra serving bowls which we needed. I was surprised to not find a pitcher. I would recommend getting the fridge door shelves replaced since there were a few missing and that made the fridge a little difficult to use. The large extra garage space was great for pool and basketball. We even played cornhole in it during the rain. The little ones loved the under stair playroom and it’s always fun playing hide and seek in a new space. Loved out time here! Highly recommend staying here!
