Welcome to our beautiful, Ski In/Ski Out, 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo on the slopes of Ski Granby Ranch. The condo sleeps comfortably 6 people in 3 beds.
Amenities include steps to lift, community pool and hot tub at Granby Ranch base, another hot tub steps from the building, well equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, WIFI/High speed internet, cozy gas fireplace and much more. Our escape could not be better for all Grand County adventures. 25 minutes to Winter Park, 30 minutes to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park!

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure hot tub key card and pool towels are returned. Fee for card and/or pool towel replacement.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Strictly no parties/additional overnight guests, only the maximum of 6 booked.
NO PETS, pets are forbidden by our HOA for STR guests. Fine of $100 for unauthorized pet.
Maximum of 7 nights booked, we will consider 1-2 days beyond the one week limit in certain circumstances.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was amazing. Beds were comfy, location was great for a day of skiing, and the view is beautiful. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Super location for getting on and off the ski slope with very minimal walking. All of the rooms were very tidy, organized, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and met our needs very well for cooking meals during our stay. The host was very helpful and responsive before and after our trip. We had a great time and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I would definitely recommend staying at this property and working with Darlya. From the very first question we had for her she was extremely responsive and prompt and truly cared that we have a great trip! The property was very clean and equipped with all that we could need and then some. The location of this unit is amazing! Many advertise their property as "ski in/ski out" and then you have to do a lot of walking to your place or to the slope, but this one is a true ski in/out location. You literally walk ski to your front door! It is the best with regard to location that I have ever stayed at and we have been skiing for 30 years! We will definitely book Moose Roost again! We love Grandby Ranch and now Moose Roost! 3

Wonderful accommodations, very convenient to the Kicking Horse ski run. Unit was clean and comfortable with practically every necessary amenity one could need. Hosts were very communicative, providing all the information required to make the check-in/checkout procedures as smooth as possible. My only disappointment was the constant heavy footsteps of the guests in the unit above us. Certainly not the fault of our hosts, just inconsideration for fellow neighbors, despite gently requests to walk more softly. Overall, I would definitely return as this unit is one of the best choices in the Kicking Horse inventory.

Great location right off of Kicking Horse lift. Our family of 4 enjoyed the property! Our kids enjoyed the proximity to the kicking Horse run and having access to the Basecamp One pool and hot tub.
