- Lake Arrowhead Access: Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. Short-term renters are allowed to fish & swim anywhere along the shoreline (that is not private property). To have this access, your name needs to be added to the guest list and there is a fee of $10 per adult, per day, charged by the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA)

Perfect home for family gateway!!

This was a perfect place for our family gateway from the Arizona heat for the 4th of July week. The home was clean has tons of space and well equipped. My family and I enjoy stay here we would highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation!

Our stay was perfect! We got snowed that's what we wanted. The house was big enough for my family. It was nice and clean. The game room on the garage was a hit. We loved shooting pool and relaxing seeing the snow. Seeing the pinetrees cover in white every morning made my vacation. The place is in a quiet nice area. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Weekend

This was our second time here and it was amazing like our last visit. The home is very spacious so it was was enough for my friends and I. Lucy was such a great help and amazing host. She was so kind and patient with any questions I had. She welcomed us to this amazing home. We loved everything about it. The rooms, the pool table, and the foosball table. So whenever we came back home from doing outdoor activities, we had entertainment at the home to keep us busy and helping my friends and I bond even more over some games. I would recommend anyone looking into doing a vacation with friends or family, to book here because it has so many things to offer. Its nearby hiking trails, the arrowhead village, and Lake Gregory. You will not regret booking this home.

Clean & comfortable

Overall it was clean and comfortable. The home had all the necessities available for our convenience. We all enjoyed the game room in the garage and the gas fireplace in the living room kept us warm and cozy in the evenings.

I stayed the weekend at the Airbnb with 9 other people and we all slept very comfortable. There was a lot of games provided like blackjack and roulette in the garage. We had all the kitchen items we needed like pots, pans, mugs, wine glasses, silverware, etc. Unfortunately I did forget my boots when we checked out. I reached out to the owners and they were so sweet and even met me somewhere to return them. I only had to drive 10 min from my home. They replied extremely fast and were very sweet. They also provided a binder when you arrive with any questions you may have about your stay like the wifi password and how to work everything in the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Just Breath taking!

Everything was better than described. Check in & our were easy to follow. There is soo much seating outside around the property that we were able to just sit & enjoy the quietness. They have a fully stocked kitchen & a fun game room! Parking was on the property so it was just perfect. Felt cabin like but more updated. Overall we had a great experience.

Multi- level home, in a beautilful setting

The Living room was outstanding. The kitchen was well equiped. The eating area only sat 6 and we were 7 so one person had to be squashed in. The bedrooms were listed as queen size beds, they seemed like doubles, but I am used to a king. The master bedroom and bath was beautiful.. The other 2 bedrooms need updating, the closet doors were loose in one and we took them down so they would fall AND we were not aware (until 4 days before our arrival) that there were 4 levels of living space and several of the adults were unhappy with all the steps. The outdoor space was beautiful

Perfect cabin for our stay in arrowhead. Extremely comfortable for 9 people & definitely had more than enough space! Very tidy & came with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful & close to the village & lake! Jesse & Lucy were extremely responsive and helpful. Made checking in, our stay, and check out a breeze!! Even prior to our trip they were so accommodating. Highly recommend this property! Would love to stay again! Thank you!

Annual Friends Winter Getaway

Booked this place for our annual friends trip, we were hoping for snow but turned out to be sunny. The house had everything we needed to cook with, they have some great appliances. The kids loved the game room and spent a lot of time in the loft. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in and felt just like home. The access to the lake gave us a day to walk and the kids to run around and discover different things. If we were to come back to Lake Arrowhead we would definitely come back here!

We recently had a family getaway weekend & it was an amazing experience! Everything was nicely stocked & very clean. We kept saying how much we felt like we were at home. Thanksgiving get away

We only wished we could have stayed longer. With the help of our contact we finally figured out how to keep the first floor a comfortable temperature. It was cold and SNOW was expected. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful set dining table, wine and all! Two grocery stores are just a short drive away. Lots of windows in this home with great views of the trees. The beds are warm & comfy. We cooked most meals in and enjoyed some of the items found in the pantry. This was an adult get away but the home has plenty of things to entertain children. Thank-you to our contact for keeping in touch with us at all times. It truly made our visit more relaxed knowing we could reach someone with any questions. We hope to return one day❄️❄️❄️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very homey and well supplied with everything you need. The access to the beach clubs was an added benefit that we took full advantage of. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet even on the busy Labor Day weekend. Very nice stay.

A Great Weekend in Lake Arrowhead!!

This wonderful vacation home offered more than we expected. In total, we were eight family members that enjoyed everything about the house; Game room, large living room, deck, great bedrooms, and an amazing view from the dining room. Having the Beach Passes gave us an opportunity to hike and go fishing in Lake Arrowhead. This was a great house to relax and enjoy nature.
