Jen was an Amazing host! Super nice! Let us check in earl and check out Very late. House was very clean. It's tricky to find. So, read those driving directions she gives you. Will Definitely stay again!!

Cool place but cleanliness was questionable

So we stayed at this house during a winter stay in February. The house layout is really cool. There is a loft bedroom with bathroom, a bedroom and main bathroom on the main floor and a full bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor. The view from the main house was beautiful as it shows the lake wonderfully. The main negatives we had were the house cleanliness and the driveway, which were not shoveled properly for the snow. The house had used water bottles laying on the ground, 2/3 beds looked like the sheets were dirty and had not been washed, and the shower curtain on the lower floor was full of mold. Additionally, the washer was full of dirty items which prevented us from washing everything the right way. When we were leaving our car was stuck for 4 hours because the driveway was not shoveled correctly and we had to spend all that time shoveling to get the car to move. This was highly annoying when all the neighbors houses were shoveled perfectly. And when you consider we paid a huge cleaning fee that all averaged to $450-500 a night, I don’t think we received the best value for our stay. Aside from all that, the stay was very nice. I just don’t think we would stay here again.

Beautiful lake view

Lots of room provided plenty of separation and also lots of room for family times. Area is beautiful with lots of trails, unique restaurants and shops to visit. Very friendly people.

Beautiful views

Beautiful home great location. The deck provides a beautiful view of the lake. Great trails for walking close by. The host was very responsive to any questions. Easy check in process. Definitely recommend for families and pets.

Long time resident and homeowner in Lake Arrowhead, California. We enjoy cooking, fine-dining, music, plays, golf, tennis, hiking, fishing, water & snow skiing, wine-tasting, traveling.

Why they chose this property

We drove to Lake Arrowhead to spend a weekend visiting friends. After experiencing this quaint community and the surrounding scenic landscape, nature and its close proximity to Los Angeles, we immediately started looking to buy a vacation condominium for us to use on weekends. After viewing several condos, we looked at 1-house. As soon as we stepped onto the deck and took in the view of the lake, we knew we were meant to live in Lake Arrowhead.

We have since remodeled the home and want to share this space with others to enjoy all that Lake Arrowhead has to offer.

What makes this property unique

- the home has 3-bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds/down comforters with 1 bedroom per floor
- kitchen is fully-equipped (microwave/convection oven, gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker/water line and stocked with cooking, barbecuing and baking utensils
- dining room table and window bench seat for 8
- kitchen has a bar with 2-bar stools
- sofa and 2 chairs in the downstairs family room with big screen tv
- main floor living room has 2-recliner chairs,2-ottomans, and 2-sofas (one with recliner chairs built in)
