We stayed here in August and were pleasantly surprised by the property and the size. Although the listing has most of that in there, it was bigger than expected and the amenities available were great. We didn't get to use everything but if you're staying longer, you'll definitely be able to take advantage. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, if you feel like, and there is ample space for a family to sit. The bedroom is big enough and has a desk you can work from if needed. The other bed is in the main room, so that's a downside of your looking for two separate/Private rooms. It wasn't a big deal for us. The only other two minor negatives are thar there is no AC in outside of the main bedroom, and the Wi-Fi doesn't really reach the main room. Maybe adding an ac would help and an extender for the WiFi would benefit.
Beyond that, this place is in a great location. You have direct access to the bay. It's a good place to relax. Having private and plenty of parking also is a huge benefit. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back and would recommend it if you're planning a visit.
