This beautiful and well appointed home is located in the much sought after Kierland area of North Scottsdale. Close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer.

Casa De Palms is a fully furnished single story (NO STAIRS) 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, and attached full bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both offer a Queen bed and flat screen TV's. You will also find a twin roll-away bed to sleep 7-8 comfortably. We can also supply a double high queen air mattress, Pack n’ Play or high chair upon request (subject to availability) for your convenience. A 2nd full bath offers a tub/shower combo. You will also find a desk and chair to work at in a separate den area in case you need to check in with work.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space include a family room with HUGE flat screen TV, DVD player. The living room opens to the dining area, breakfast bar and fully stocked kitchen. An additional sitting area off the living area provided as well. The glass sliding doors open to the large outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating to relax. Enjoy the stainless steel BBQ, outdoor pool table, putting/chipping green, "Tiki Toss" game, hot tub and HEATED*** (additional Charge) diving pool! (Please note the actual diving board has been removed for safety reasons, but the pool is deep enough to dive in). So much to do! Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion! You will also find 4 chaise lounge chairs to sun-bathe, along with an outdoor dining table. Extras such as board games and books will keep you entertained for days.

A private garage can park 2 cars, along with a 2 car driveway. Washer and dryer included. All linens, towels, paper products are included, along with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your feast. Simply get a few groceries and enjoy all that Casa De Palms has to offer! If anything is needed during your stay, just ask your personal property manager…

***Please note the pool is able to be heated to 85 degrees for $350/week. You can also use the inviting outdoor heated spa at your leisure at no charge. The diving board has been removed for safety and insurance reasons...

***Pets allowed with prior approval only. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

Wes was a great host. Welcomed us at the house and responded promptly to any concerns we had. The couch in the living room was the best part, we lounged around relaxing watching TV. The house could use some minor cosmetic repairs, but overall was a good stay.

The neighborhood was great and the host was responsive and helpful. The house is spacious with a nice split floor plan. My family had a lot of fun playing the games in the backyard!A couple of things to note: the linens could have used a fresh wash, and the unusually heavy rain in Phoenix during our stay caused some minor leaking. Additionally, there are large birds in the area that occasionally drop their prey on the roof, which can be surprisingly loud (loud enough that I initially thought someone was up there and called the host!).

five week stay to hide from the snow back home. House was clean and well-stocked, if a bit worn in places. Quiet residential area in a wonderful location close to Kierland. No heat in the pool, but the hot tub sufficed. Remote work, golf, shopping and exploring. We will be returning next year.

Six Week Stay

My wife and I stayed for 6 weeks in the early spring. This was our second stay at the property. As before, the house was clean, stocked and ready to be lived in. The location is perfect for many activities and entertainments. All in all, a very comfortable house in a walkable residential neighborhood. Our dogs demand to be walked often. The hot tub is a great way to relax in the evening. Check-in was painless and Wes was very timely and responsive to any of our questions or concerns.

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay. We do think there is an animal living in the ceiling vent in 2nd bathroom. There was always brush falling from vent on toilet. And a dead animal smell recently. Besides that, the house was nice.

Was extremely disappointed in the condition of the property in comparison to what it was advertised. I have reached out to three different people regarding my concerns and did not get one response. Horrible experience with this company. Issues to long to list here but included - house full of dog hair, screen door for patio going out to the pool was broken and basically unusable, TV in one of the bedrooms did not work, other general cleaning and upkeep issues along with lack or response from the company. Would give this a zero rating if I could. I can understand a few issues but reaching out three times to discuss concerns and not getting a response is unacceptable. I even specifically asked to discuss my concerns before doing a review. Apparently they don't care. Buyer beware do not book with Latitude 8.

I wish we would have heard from you during your stay, and not after your stay so we could have handled any issues on the day of your arrival, if found.

Quick trip

Overall our stay was good. However, some of the lights in the kitchen did not work, the hot tub was 90 degrees for the first 2 days, and the toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and would slid off the toilet at times.

Short visit.

Let me start with the positive. This location is amazing. Close to everything. Extremely convenient. The back yard is nice. The pool, pool table, hot tub and putting green are great. Lots to stay busy at the house. Home has plenty of space and it’s nice to be able to park in the garage. Check in was great and the property manager was easy to work with. The beds were comfy. Some negatives The photos of the house are nicer than the house. It’s an older home. Needs fresh paint, new towels (they were white and stained). The dining room table chairs are stained and stuffing is coming out if some. The house has a weird smell to it. I bought a candle to light when we were home as I’m sensitive to smells. The hot tub needs some repairs. It’s very old and missing some cushions, the pool chairs are not in good shape. If you are looking for location this is it.

Chill party pad

Some little things need to be buttoned up on the property. But mostly it was great. Only issue we had was we left mid day on Saturday to golf and when we got back someone had turned the hose on to fill the pool that was not really low in my opinion. When we got back from golfing around 5ish the pool was overflowing into the yard. I appreciate the effort on keeping the pool up to snuff but I believe the regulator on the hose to turn off when its full is broken is the real problem. Other than that we had a great time and would recommend the property!
