This is a lovely three bedroom home but third bedroom is set up as a tv room with WALL BED and huge TV nice recliners for a great TV room. House also has an enclosed lanai. This is on a beautiful corner lot. Small dog friendly.

Large kitchen with eating area that opens up to enclosed lanai, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, pantry. Plenty of cabinet space and space for entertaining and cooking. Master has a king bed (locked owners closet) Guest room has a queen bed. Both rooms have TV's. TV in the living room as well with reclining sofas. Two very comfortable recliners in the third bedroom with a murphy bed along with a HUGE flat screen mounted to the wall. Great TV room.

Better than imagined!

The pictures didn't do this property justice. We loved it. There were a lot of little touches throughout the house that aren't often found with vacation rentals. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast--faster than I've ever experienced. There were plenty of extra dishes and more pots and pans than we could have ever needed. It was one of the best family gatherings we've ever had, thanks in large part to the many shared areas of this property. Thanks for helping us make great memories!

Not worth the price we paid

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed was comfortable. Kitchen appliance layout was poorly designed, but workable. Internet, while slowest speed Comcast offers was OK. TVs were not connected as high definition. The Property manager obtained high def network interface boxes and I spent four hours doing the installations. TV channels were Comcast's cheapest offering. Couldn't get many chennels we like. Guest bedroom was in the wrong room, causing guests to walk through the living room to get to the bathroom. Should have been where the den is. Landscaping maintenance was poor and not nearly to the standard of other houses on the street. Lots of weeds and overgrown plantings. All in all, not worth the high rental price we paid.
