Really comfortable furniture to lounge and relax after a day of enjoying The Village lifestyle. Enclosed lanai with a table and chairs for your enjoyment either day or night. In The Village of Lynnhaven, close to Lake Sumter Landing to be able to enjoy shopping, dining and the nightly live entertainment.

Hello, The property was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We did go to the expense of renting a golf cart and then found there was one in the garage. Not sure if that was intended for renter's use or not. The TV did not have access to local (regular)TV which was not expected. We missed the ability to watch national sporting events and evening news. We had a couple of issues. One with the AC and the other with the dishwasher. Both were addressed in a timely fashion. The location was great and we enjoyed the pool. The house over all was very comfortable. I would recommend this property.

Home was stocked with sufficient towels and kitchen accessories for our visit. Lowered rating on accuracy of rental because I believe when I was looking at the property early on it showed rental with a golf cart. I realize there is a cart wavier that states cart is a convenience item and may break down and not be available. However, if I had known the golf cart was inoperable I could have rented one early on to have one available when I arrived...

Nice house in a good location. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Everything worked just fine. Internet a bit weak, TV buffering. Only issue was an advertised golf cart that was not in use, and carts are not available for rent right now. Owner did provide a discount for the cart problem. I would recommend this rental especially if the golf cart becomes available.

Great experience overall. However, we were disappointed that it was listed with a golf cart, but was informed later that the golf cart wasn't in working condition for us to use. It appeared the golf cart had been out of working order for some time due to the battery acid sitting under the cart. It should have been priced and listed without the golf cart.

This address in The Villages is in the perfect spot; quick access to Publix and Culver's plus short drives to all three village squares. The house was spotless (furniture, floors, appliances, bathrooms) and everything one could need for a one week or one month stay is provided. And a real bonus was the master bedroom king mattress.....it was purrrrrfect.

Clean and Convenient

Home was exactly as advertised. Easy to check in, rooms were very comfortable and plenty of dishes, towels, etc. We didn't use the golf cart but nice to know it was available. We were in town to see family for the holiday so we didn't spend much time in the home but the neighbors were friendly and our host was responsive and helpful. No issues or concerns.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Remax staff hospitality and response was outstanding. Ideal location to visit town squares, restaurants, shopping and golf. However, advise property owner to give attention to the rental is recommended: more frequent insecticide and pesticide applications (e.g roach/caterpillars), replace master bedroom carpet due to stains and soiled, repair or replace storm door lock, improve living room lighting (e.g. lamps too small), repair/replace broken guest bedroom window blinds and for arrival, use a fabric softener on towels that were harsh/stiff.

Nice home

We always love visiting The Villages! We have family living there and normally stay with them, but this time thought we’d rent a house for the long weekend. My husband, 16yr old daughter and I found this home to be very comfortable, clean ( carpet in master could use a steam clean) and located in nice neighborhood . The golf cart was used everyday and we loved it! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable week. It was a bit of a disappointment that there were not as many things going on as usual because of the Corona Virus. Of course, we knew that before we arrived. It was still fun seeing friends and being away from home for a while. Our only complaint / concern was the presence of some roach bugs. They were present om 3 different days. We found some spray in the garage and used it in the kitchen and master bath. We did not see any more until our last day there.

Nice dog-friendly house and great location, includes golf cart

Nice house (spacious, comfortable, and clean) in a great location within The Villages. Will definitely be looking to stay here again on future visits. Includes a two-seater electric golf cart that can be used as the primary mode of transport here. It’s perfect for people traveling with dogs/pets, with a nice little yard on a corner lot and plenty of places to walk for miles nearby. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There’s a rec center a couple of blocks away, maybe a 5-minute walk, with things like pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board, etc. Community pool within easy walking distance. There’s a shopping center nearby, maybe a 5-minute ride in the golf cart, with a Publix grocery store, banks, gas stations, restaurants, public library, etc. One of the town squares is a bit farther away but still easily accessible by golf cart, and there are all kinds of stores and restaurants there, a movie theater, free live entertainment, etc. Overall great stay and great experience, highly recommended.
