The desk is located in the living room. Great space for traveling nurses or professionals!

Please let me know if you are bringing a cat or pup! I will make sure to provide you with a little pet care package, that will include food & water bowls!

Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time.

Pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per month. Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.

A $500 security deposit will be required for local guests.

Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.

Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
There are no parties of any kind allowed at our home. Doing so will result in a forfeit of your reservation, no refund, and potentially a fine for breaking our house rules and reimbursement for any damages caused. Our neighborhood noise ordinance is 10pm.
