The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the washing machine and begin load. Please sweep or vacuum flooring
Please make sure all lights are turned off as well the thermostat to 72 for air conditioning and 68 heat setting. All used dishes please place in dishwasher and run a normal cycle.
Leave all used sheets, blankets and used beds unmade. Place all garbage in the blue trash can outside. Trash pickup is on Wednesday, place can out by the end of the driveway on Tuesday evening.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes allowed in the home, No pets are allowed, No fish cleaning at the home, Do not rearrange furniture, Please do not touch the longhorns

We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with this adorable house. Perfectly located and the western themed decor was well done. Would definitely recommend this place for a little get away.

Wonderful guest, would rent to them again, minor check out things were missed but left the home in good shape for our cleaning crew.

Nice place to stay in town, clean and decorated very cool. no access to snowmobile trails so you will have to drive to the trail head.
