Grab the kayaks and take the short trip to the open water in the Banana River, home to tons of wildlife including dolphins, cranes, pelicans, seagulls, and did I mention Manatees?? Yes our canal is frequented by these beautiful creatures as they seek harbor in the quiet canal for play, feedings, and shelter. Just 2.5 blocks to multiple public beach locations and minutes from Cocoa Beach Pier/Ron Jons/ Cruise Terminal/Downtown Cocoa Beach/Merritt Island, this is the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Restaurants, Groceries, Wine Bars/Breweries and numerous Activities can be accessed by bike or a short drive! Full 2 car garage, space for 3 cars total. No overnight street parking.

Yes, we are dog friendly! We know you like to travel with your best buddies and we welcome your well behaved, fully vaccinated pups. Aluminum Fenced yard on side and back of home is fully enclosed. NOTE: Canal is open to the back yard and it not fenced.

- Primary suite: King bed, en-suite lowered shower which also serves as a bath for the little ones, TV, and makeup vanity
- 2nd bedroom: King bed, canal view, pool access
- 3rd bedroom: Queen bed
- 4th bedroom: Two twin beds, TV, bring your gaming system
-2nd bathroom is steps from each bedroom and is the pool bath
All new mattresses and linens in April 2025.

Fully stocked with everything you need! Linens, towels, games, cookware, beach towels, small appliances, coffee machine and more.

Close to Everything:
Walk or bike to the beach, drive ~30 min to Kennedy Space Center, or take a day trip to Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, Epic, Sea World-just 1 hour away (depending on traffic).

NOTE: Our manatees are loved and protected. Please do not touch, come close, feed or harass the beautiful creatures.

We had an amazing Christmas vacation at this beautiful rental property. The house was very spacious and had lots of room for my family. F beautiful bedrooms and the master suite was incredible. The kitchen was very well stocked and located in the center of the house overlooking the 2 living spaces, dining room and the beautiful sunroom which was another incredible space for the whole family to hangout. The sun room overlooked the large gorgeous pool which led to the backyard which had a seating area with a gas fire pit overlooking the dock. The view from the dock was breath taking and my favorite place to sit and relax, chat and watch my girls kayak which were provided by the owner. We had a couple of sightings of the manatees while hanging out there. For those that may need to work while away, there is a nice office.The house is in a beautiful location and close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. It is also close to attractions such as Kennedy Space Center and Orlando if you choose to go to the theme parks. The owner, Debbie was super accommodating and very responsive to any message I sent. Since we were there for Christmas, I asked her if we could put up a Christmas tree and she went out of her way to put up the most gorgeous pink Christmas tree, it was truly perfect!!!I would totally recommend staying at this incredible property in Cocoa Beach. I give it 5 stars plus and a big thumbs up!!!!Thank you Debbie for having us, we had a great time!
