12 Bedrooms - Two Stunning New Homes Side By Side

Enjoy two beautiful newly built luxury homes from experienced VRBO Host. These homes were built in 2024 and sit side by side, perfect for a large groups up to 35 people. 12 bedrooms, 10 baths along with relaxing & spacious living spaces designed for the ultimate stay. Central to Tampa & St. Pete, this home is perfect for families, friends, & business groups. A short drive to great restaurants, activities and beaches.

These homes were built in 2024 with over 7000sq ft of space, 12 bedrooms, outdoor patio, TV's in all bedrooms, dining, and all new appliances. This home has everything you need for your trip. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the south of Tampa close to St. Pete & Clearwater. Plenty of sheets and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked.

12 bedrooms with 8 full baths and another 2 half baths by each of the kitchens. These homes have 20 bed sleeping options if necessary. We have 14 pillow-top mattress beds. Each house has 5 bedrooms upstairs featuring 4 king beds and 1 queen. On the main level of each home is 2 twin beds. Additionally there are king and queen air mattresses in the common spaces of each home.
Guests will have access to both homes. Host will be available by phone if needed.


Accurate guest count required by VRBO & insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or stopping by. If you questions about this, message the host before booking. For example, if you plan on 1 person stay overnight and 5 people visit during the day, the guest count is 6 people. Message the host prior to instant booking if you have questions.

No Parties, Events, Loud Noise: Noise detection devices are required on site by the city of Tampa. Noise complaints by neighbors may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

No Smoking, Vaping or Hookahs: Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the property.
