I grew up on the island of Maui and moved to the Oregon Coast at the age of 14. I love our mild weather and absolutely gorgeous surroundings. Coos Bay/North Bend has a wonderful sense of community, and I am proud to raise my family here. When I am not wrangling my 4 and 7 year olds, I love to travel, cook, volunteer, and go to the beach.
Why they chose this property
This property has been in my family for generations. My great grandfather pulled up his house boat many many years ago, and my mother had the home completely renovated. Over time my family has purchased several houses all located next to the original "house boat". I took ownership in 2013, and have enjoyed having the houses as vacation rentals for the past couple of years.
What makes this property unique
The house is at the end of a dead end street, which provides quiet surroundings and very little traffic. The back yard backs up to the water, and at any point in the day or night there are deer, geese, herons, and countless other wildlife that enjoy the yard and area as well.
