In the heart of Old Town, convenient to everything, this condo is set above a brick and tree lined courtyard that includes shops and restaurants. This three bedroom two bath unit is in one of two standalone WALK-UP buildings in the Duval Square complex. You enter a large open living, dining, kitchen area with French doors & porch overlooking the courtyard below. The master bedroom with ensuite bath has a king bed and access to a second deck area overlooking the courtyard. There is a shared pool and sunning area that overlooks the world famous Duval Street. Central air conditioning/heat & 1 covered parking space. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS ACCESSED BY STAIRS ONLY.

February Break 2025

Property was in great shape with two outdoor seating areas and a washer/dryer which was convenient. Fantastic location that allowed two teenagers their freedom to explore without worry. Parked with ease in the lot. Overall a terrific stay.

The House is very well kept, well stocked with linens and towels and spacious. This area is located 10-15 minute walk from just about every attraction on Key West. Great restaurants in the same complex and within a few blocks. We had a wonderful stay.

Key West destination wedding

The property was everything we hoped. The location was not to far but far enough away of all the late nite partying...which we were close enough to partake in also if we chose to...Bars and restaurants walking distance...would absolutely rent from them again...

Close to Duvall

If you want to be on Duvall and about halfway between Mallory Square and Southernmost point, this is a great location. It is located on top of and next to businesses that stay open late so if you are early to bed, there is a good deal of noise until about midnight. It was perfect for our family.
