A Few Practical Notes

Additional Costs: Pool heating ($200/day, 3-day min). 

Cancellation Policy: No charge if canceled 30+ days before arrival. After that, refunds only with CFAR policy

Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM check-in, 10:00 AM check-out. Early/late options may be available for a fee (approval required)


Rental Contract: Required and must be signed before check-in. Minimum age 28 to book.


City Rules: Respect city ordinances and Scottsdale short-term rental laws (no non-residential uses like events, businesses, or parties). 

Last-Minute Bookings: Extra verification needed for arrivals within 72 hours

PETS: not permitted
