The house was great and suit our family exceptionally well. The kids enjoyed the bonus room with games in the garage, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The movie room was also a big hit with our family. The house seemed close to everything we wanted to do in Denver, and we would absolutely book this again in the future.

The house was beautiful and large enough for 14 guests. We all said we would stay there again. Loved the game room, outdoor space and hot tub. We had issues with it getting hot enough during our stay. I messaged the owner to let him know so he can fix it before the next guests.

This retreat house is definately family friendly for all ages. The house was brand new with all new appliances. Rooms were well thought out and the host responded right away to our needs. The place was a wonderful space. I'd go back!

The host was very responsive to questions. The amenities were wonderful, as was the open space for entertaining in general. It was really nice to have everyone in the same room. We just had a few things that might need to be fixed or corrected to keep people safe. The front door was really hard to open and close.by the master bedroom entry there was a little dip in the floor which is not noticeable that needs caution, tape or something there to let people know that there’s a teeny step up/ down or that there’s a slight slope. The lack of heating in the basement was an issue this time of year, but all the large throw blankets helped make it a bit more comfortable.
