About this property
Tranquility Heights: Deck, 3.5 acres, Darts, Movie Room, Desk w/Printer
Scandinavian-style 3-story tiny house filled with natural light, warm wood accents, and a cozy, modern vibe set on 5acres. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen, private deck with grill—perfect for watching deer wander by in the mornings and evenings—and a comfy movie nook with a leather sofa. High-end bedding, TVs in every bedroom, desk with printer for working on the go, darts, board games and peaceful forest views where deer often visit complete this unique, elevated tiny home nestled among the trees.
Step inside and feel instantly at home. Though it offers 1,300 sq. ft. of space, the home’s tiny house footprint makes every corner feel cozy and inviting.
The main floor opens from the deck into a bright, airy living space where a soaring ceiling and large upper window fill the room with natural light. The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen for easy conversation and connection. A bedroom and bathroom are also on this level for convenience.
Upstairs, the second bedroom features a full glass door to let in as much light as you wish—or pull the curtain for cozy privacy. A quiet desk area with printer and monitor is ready for work or study, and a reading nook on the landing invites you to curl up with a good book.
The walkout basement is designed for unwinding: a massive, ultra-comfortable couch faces a large-screen TV for movie nights, and a dartboard offers a playful challenge. This level also includes a bathroom and laundry room for your comfort.
Set on 5 wooded acres, the backyard overlooks a serene natural valley where deer often wander through in the mornings and evenings. Please note, the valley includes a natural drainage area that may carry flowing water during heavy rain. This area is not fenced, so guests should supervise children and pets carefully.
Mobility Questions: Though our home spans three stories, all essential living spaces are conveniently located on the main floor for guests with mobility needs. After a few steps up from the gravel driveway, you’ll find the kitchen, dining area, living room with a sleeper sofa, queen bedroom, and full bathroom—all on one level. The main-floor bathroom features a bathtub with shower, while the basement bathroom offers a shower only.
Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay. Please note, there are three locked cabinets in the basement and the detached garage that are not available for guest use.
Safety note:
There is a natural drainage area in the backyard that may have flowing water during heavy rain. This area is not fenced, so please supervise children and pets at all times.
There is a dart board at the botto of the basement steps. This can be kept closed when not in use. Please do not allow children to use the dart board unsupervised. It is mounted at adult height to keep it out of easy reach.
Pets: We are dog friendly. Ask about our Pet Policy.
