Location, Location, Location. Located just outside The Villages it is close enough to enjoy the Villages and what it has to offer. . We are just a few minutes from the Villages and about 10 minutes to all 3 downtown squares. We are also just a few minutes away from historic Leesburg and Mt Dora.

This 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home has been remodeled to provide you with all the comforts of home.

Located in the historic town of Fruitland Park, 2 blocks from the Library and the municipal pool. Located only 2 blocks from Lake Griffin State Park with boat ramp into Lake Griffin, home to many bass tournaments.

This beautiful house offers a stunning living room that contains a couch and a sofa w/queen sleeper with a 36” LCD TV. The dining area hosts a table that can seat 4.

The house has a front porch with a porch swing and a back porch that is screened in with seating for 6 and a 32" LED TV.

The updated kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Enjoy breakfast at the bar or on one of the porches.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, dressers and TV. The second bedroom includes 2 twins, dresser and TV.

The beautiful main bath has separate tub and walk in shower. The mud room has ample counter room with laundry tub and oversized cutting board, along with HD washer and dryer.

It was the perfect size for 2 adults and had great access to several nearby birding sites. The house had absolutely everything we needed for cooking and relaxing after enjoying pickleball games in The Villages.

Winter get away

The house was very charming, clean and everything you needed was there. It Was in a quiet neighborhood and close to all the things we wanted to do and friends we wanted to see. The host was very accommodating and always available if needed. It had a nice screened in private back porch. I would highly recommend this place.

Villa Fruitland Park

It was charming and well furnished with plenty of room. It was a perfect location for us. My husband was in a bass tournament on the Harris Chain and there was plenty of shopping for me. Close to our friends in the Villages also. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Cute place , We would highly recommend this rental. The flowers were beautiful outside, just a charming place. Strawberries were awesome. I would recommend having a new movable shower head installed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We enjoyed our stay! From the home to location all worked out for us…the house was well equipped clean homey and cozy…the outdoor space was well kept from sunroom to the bbq and outdoor seating…we appreciated that there was parking as well…the owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our one question…being tea drinkers we loved seeing a real kettle(hard to find in many rental homes) The owner left a detailed info binder filled with things to do and the history of the area👍 Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Joyce was amazing she has paid so much attention to detail. The home was very clean and cozy. We loved the personal touches that she had. There were cookies waiting on the counter for us and Chocolate covered strawberries in the icebox. My Aunts stayed with my sister and myself and they couldn't stop raving about how they will book this place every time they come to Florida. The attention to detail was amazing. We just couldn't get over how every little detail was handled. I would recommend this home. As a matter of fact we just kept calling it our house lol. I can't wait to come back.

A Wonderful Find

Four of us rented this cottage for the Leesburg Bike Fest. Although we didn't spend a tremendous amount of time here, we were very satisfied. And it was a far cry from previous stays at hotels. The host provided virtually everything you could possibly need. Including a welcome plate of chocolate covered strawberries. A binder was on the coffee table explaining details about various features of the cottage, and local information. All of which was helpful. Additionally, our host Joyce, was an easy text message or phone call away. Having the extra 1/2 bathroom was especially appreciated for this group of four non-family adults. A convenience store is less than a block away for anything you may not have. Also quite close is "I Bar B Que Express" which had excellent food, as well as New York Deli and Diner. Their biscuits and gravy were some of the best I have had. All and all we had an excellent experience, and will certainly return again when the opportunity presents itself.

This Property/Cottage is PERFECT. The owner's attention to detail and immediate response to our inquiries reflect Customer Service that is placed in the Excellence Category. Super-clean property, comfortable beds, luxurious linens, large screened porch that overlooks a landscaped garden, porch swing for two, fully-stocked kitchen, including the piece d'resistance of strawberries the size of golf balls encased in to-die-for chocolate. If you are looking to stay near THE VILLAGES, this Cottage is the absolute BEST.

These hosts thought of everything- chocolate covered strawberries, spa lotion, bath bombs, coffee, soap for washing machine!! Great instructions and book of things to do. Answered call right away about TV help. We were close to bicycle trails , poker and gift shops!! Seems like we always had to get on the busy highway, though, to go anywhere!! Great rental!!!

We always enjoy this home as it is the perfect fit for our trips here to Gran Oaks Horse events. We appreciate the number of beds, havin a washer/dryer and the delicious chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge which get devoured in minutes :-)
