We chose COHO Estates for its peaceful setting, wide-open views, and easy access to everything that makes Valley County special. Just 2.5 miles from Donnelly and 10 miles from Tamarack Resort, the cabin sits in the perfect spot to enjoy year-round adventure — skiing, hiking, boating, and hot springs are all nearby. At the same time, the property feels private and secluded, surrounded by nature and mountain views with no backyard neighbors. It’s the best of both worlds: close to activities, yet tucked away for a true mountain escape.

Our cabin was intentionally designed for balance: upstairs, each bedroom has a TV for private relaxation, including a spacious bunk room with built-ins and a gaming system that’s a favorite hangout for kids and teens. Downstairs, instead of screens, you’ll find a cozy wood stove, games, and panoramic windows that frame West and East Mountain — a living room built for conversation, laughter, and soaking in the views. Add in wildlife sightings, star-filled skies, and both front and back porches, and you’ll see why guests call it their perfect mountain retreat.
