Please remove all rubbish from all bins and place in large wheelie bins found outside in/around complex.
Ensure all windows, doors and shutters are closed and locked.
Place the keys back in the key safe box and turn the rollers to scramble the code.
Switch off all lights and air conditioning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioner A/C. Air-Con is only effective if all windows and doors are closed.
Leave property clean, empty all bins into street wheelies. Store opened food in fridge, seal non-perishables. No unsealed food left out.
Toilet paper bins must be used, Cyprus pipes are narrow. Flushing paper or products may cause blockages, and you’ll cover repair costs if it happens.
