This updated and very clean open-concept cottage is located on the water with shared frontage to Yellow Birch Lake bay. Sleeps 8 with1 queen, 2 doubles, and queen pull-out couch. Features include washer, dryer, gas fireplace, propane grill, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, pizza oven and additional dorm fridge located in garage patio for extra beverage storage. Screened in garage outdoor living space is huge attraction for renters with lake views, while having protection from rain or bugs but with a comfortable patio feel; in season only. Cottage built into hill for natural cooling factor but a portable standing A/C unit is upstairs for added comfort on highly humid nights. Please bring your own wood for firepit. Pier space available for one boat. Strictly NO smoking, NO pets, NO parties, NO campers! When inquiring please state whether bringing your own boat. Cottage is fully compliant, licensed, and registered with Vilas County Public Health Dept and Eagle River Fire Department for safety checks. Primary renter must be 26 years old.

Fishing vacation

Cabin was very clean and was exactly as described. Very convenient to local shops in Eagle River. Location was perfect, especially if you bring a boat. The landing was only 100 yards away. I would definitely recommend this to others. If I had one concern it would be with the firmness of the beds. All in all I’d rate my stay a 9 out of10.

Northwoods getaway on the lake

My wife and I with two other couples chose this property for it's proximity to down town Eagle River and the chain of lakes it's on, we weren't disappointed. You don't have to go far from the dock to find plenty of restaurants or watering holes. The lounge area in the garage was a great place to wind down after a day on the water and the perfect place to gather in the evening. The Eagle River area is a new favorite vacation destination.

Thank you for inquiring about the Cranberry Cottage! My husband's parents had owned the cottage for 20 years and we had always enjoyed vacationing up there and fell in love with living on the lake. We purchased the cottage in 2011 and made it our own by updating it extensively. An addition put on decades ago makes this place very family-friendly as it sleeps 8. It is now a year round cottage and available for off-season rental too. Deer and wildlife stroll through the yard daily if you are watching. We are happy to welcome the right family for your next vacation!
