The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Load and start the dishwasher. place all wet towels on bathroom floor or in laundry room.
Remove trash from kitchen and place outside in trash bin
Lock all doors, turn off lights/tv and return the key to the box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1 dog max- 50lb weight limit. . No cats allowed, family allergies. Back yard is not fenced for dog to run around.
Central Park is located right across the street and is a great place for the dogs to run around. Dogs are allowed on the beach after 8pm daily.
Please pick up after your dog and place in any receptacle. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS ON THE FURNITURE.

Very comfortable accommodation! A 5 minute walk gets you to the beach, Central Park, or the historic downtown area for shops, cafes and restaurants. Nestled in among other beautiful historic homes, it is a great home base for exploring Cape Charles.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The home was just as described. It was clean and the bed comfortable. I believe it is a duplex and the unit upstairs was occupied by a family with young children and on Saturday morning at 6:20 am there was so much running, jumping and talking that I unfortunately was not able to sleep. I went outside on the porch for coffee which was great and calming. I would recommend that the unit consider having bug spray as I could have used it for a palmetto bug that came in. The host, Steve was great. I had a problem and he was very quick to help me. Overall, I would consider staying here again. It was a great location.
