This magnificent residence, located on the outskirts of Southern Attica, is of exceptional architectural taste and offers stunning views of the Saronic Bay. The interior is minimal in design, and furnished with top of the line designer furniture. On four levels, with an interior elevator, this home is built so that there are sea views from every room.

On the main level is the living area with fireplace, a high ceiling dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. This level leads to the garden with an infinity pool, beautiful outdoor sitting and lounging areas and a covered gazebo area with an outdoor kitchen where guests have the ability to enjoy outdoor meals while overlooking the beaches in the distance and the sunset. On the first floor is a master bedroom with an en-suite bath, and a sitting area with TV. Above , there are two additional double bedrooms that share one bath. On the lower level of the home there is one extra bedroom on this level that may serve as a maid’s room, and is fully equipped with a kitchenette and it’s own bath.

Within a few minute drive, guests have the ability to visit some of the most beautiful beaches of the Athenian Riviera, and along the coast are numerous bars, clubs and cafes for the famous all night Greek entertainment, as well as restaurants with superb Greek and international cuisine.

This home is definitely an idyllic vacation experience that one will want to repeat!!!

The place was amazing

The house was beautiful and Mary and Costo were perfect hosts. They gave us a tour and a big BBQ our first day there. We really enjoyed our week there.
