Located on the south and quieter end of the island, it overlooks the Garrafon Natural Reef Park – where snorkeling, kayaking, flying over Isla Mujeres on the zip-line and detoxing at the Mayan sauna is just at your doorstep.

If a day of total relaxation is more up your alley, take a dip in the infinity pool and later indulge in a well-deserved siesta.

Enjoy this residence's vast sun-filled interiors and modern minimalist design that is beautifully presented throughout with a focus on multiple living and entertainment options.

1st level:

The unit was very clean and spacious. The views from each of the three balconies was incredible. The pool was impeccable and never crowded. An access to the ocean for swimming or snorkeling is available just across the street.Although the unit is located on the "quiet" side of the island, several restaurants are within walking distance. Delia, the Home Manager, was amazingly responsive and along with César, the housekeeper, provided an outstanding quality of service.

Amazing view! Very easy check in and check out. Great a/c and decent beds. Unit was very clean. Close to little Garrafon which was super inexpensive and not crowded with great snorkeling! This was our third time staying at Sotavento and first in this unit. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The. at home chef the hosts recommend was excellent in every way and we highly recommend Pedro.The kitchen could use sharper knives, better silverware, a dish drying rack, and a a collider/strainer. . The location at the south end is great and Rancho just a the street has excellent tacos. Jose, the maintenance man, is very accommodating. Note- condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, our host was excellent and assisted with all the details for our trip including transport to the island and golf cart rental. The view in person is even better than the pictures and the location worked well for us, a little away from the hustle and bustle of Centro but still easy access to all Isla has to offer. The building was one of the nicest we saw, with secure access and always parking available for our cart. The property manager was very responsive and assisted super quickly with some minor maintenance items, and delivered water and even more hangers when requested! One of the best hosts we have dealt with over our frequent rentals, we would visit again and stay at this location in Isla. The pool was a little cool at times but refreshing, and very quiet. The WiFi is a little patchy but understand that is common on the island, and it would be great if the property also offered a dryer with the washer but small items compared to the overall great experience, excellent outdoor spaces and impeccable view from the property.

Over all we enjoyed our stay here. 3 things that I didn’t like. The tv in the living room needs replacing. It kept jumping and never had a clear picture, it appeared to me that maybe it had been dropped or fallen. The shower heads needed to be replaced. The down stairs one actually broke the night before we left. They do have a lot of stuff in the kitchen in cabinets and drawers so it did make it difficult to be able to put food away since we had bought some groceries for the week. The penthouse is up 3 flights of stairs but I was fine that. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. On this trip it was just 2 of us so we mainly watched tv upstairs because of how the downstairs tv is and the other bedroom doesn’t have a tv. For this reason is was not a major issue. My recommendation for sure is new shower heads in both bathrooms, replace the tv in the living room, and maybe even put one in the second bedroom.The views were amazing. Definitely check out the sunset/sunrise at Punta Sur which is just up the road! We were very happy overall. The pool was clean and the property well kept! Everyone was polite. No issues with wifi or water! Showers were great and they provided plenty of drinking water! Definitely will recommend!

We've been charmed by Isla Mujeres for a long time now. It slowly became part of our annual vacation trying to escape from our busy lives. Suddenly it became our preferred meeting point for family and friends, and it was then we decided to celebrate our wedding in this magical place. In 2017 we bought the identical neighboring unit, which is this property, to have more space to share the joy with all our friends.
