Villa Susanna is a new luxury privately owned property at Isla 33 Resort & Villas. The second floor location gives you spectacular views that you can't get from the ground floors. This property will sleep 5 guests in our two spacious bedrooms, perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or your bridal party.
Ground level pool is steps from our door. The roof top horizon pool and patio are a quick elevator ride away, it offers spectacular 360-degree views of the island. Villa Susanna is ideally situated in the center of the island. You will enjoy the unparalleled ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Less than 10 minutes from Hidalgo street and North Beach.
The villa has a modern open floor plan with spacious rooms. As you enter the living room the first thing you will notice is the unobstructed gorgeous ocean views. To your left is the dining room and gourmet kitchen separated by a granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped, it features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The guest bedroom is just off the dining room. You will notice the king bed, plenty of closets and sliding doors out onto a balcony that has stunning views of the inland lake, ocean and the Cancun skyline. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, it features a large walk-in shower. When you enter the master suite you have those gorgeous unobstructed ocean views out onto the balcony, beautiful domed brick ceilings, the jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, it is surrounded by hand-cut Tikal tile. The ensuite bath connects the shower, toilet and jacuzzi areas. The king Sealy Posterpedic beds with high count linen will help you get a great nights rest.

We are Chuck and Sue. .Married 45 years, 2 grown kids, 6 grand kids. Sue is the office manager for a local Church. I work at a paint and body shop supply company we own. We enjoy traveling, beach time, good food.
Why they chose this property
17 years ago we came to Isla on a day trip. We fell in love with the island. After years of return trips, the safety, beauty, world class beaches and great people convinced us we wanted to own a place there. Owning at Isla 33 Resort and Villas with its great location, spectacular views and contemporary design ls a dream come true, a true home away from home. If you would like a place to get away, relax, renew and restore come and visit us.The local people are a real treasure.
