The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were great. The location was great, next to the light rail. Bars, restaurants, retail, and grocery stores are all closed. Parking is tricky, but that's a minor issue.

We had a great time! The location was perfect. It was just a short Uber to so many cute places. We took the light rail to uptown and it was so easy. Loved being close to Harris Teeters for groceries. The unit was spacious with two bed and two bath which was perfect for two couples! We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

The place was nice, and the location was convenient to some great breweries and restaurants. The light rail is just steps away.The parking situation is a bit confusing, made even more so when I unwittingly entered the complex through the back entrance instead of the front. We were able to park two vehicles on the street all weekend with no problem.

Great location. Be aware that the train occasionally blows a whistle even in the middle of the night, drunken twenty somethings stumble in loudly at all hours of the morning on weekends, and the hall in which this apartment is located smells like cat litter. One bed was extremely soft to the point of discomfort and one had a crinkly plastic cover on it. The sheets are microfiber and everything is washed in a very smelly detergent with fabric softener- if you are sensitive to scents this place is not for you. There are not a lot of dishes, but the appliances work well. Very clean for the most part but the washer needs cleaning, and the dryer squeaks when used so you can't run it while you sleep. Otherwise, basic but serviceable. Definitely a good location for train commuters or those who want to walk to groceries and restaurants.
