Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only 6 people at one time allowed on top deck please.

Please keep vehicles off the grass, the front yard has a septic tank and drain lines that can be damaged

We had a great stay! The rental was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the pier was a huge plus kids had lots of fun fishing! Patio had a beautiful pier view, and the barbecue pit was perfect for grilling. We would definitely stay here again.
