ski trip

It was quite spacious. Living room upstairs was large with large kitchen. The bath tubs were quite old with lots of stain. There was a problem with shower knob as water was either too cold or too hot for shower. I suggest shower renovation. Everything else was as expected. Thanks

Cozy and nice

Condo was perfect for our group of 7 including one toddler, 3 teens and 3 adults. Perfect location close to slopes! Cleanliness was excellent! Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to make our delicious meals after a full day of skiing. Thank you for good paper towels and trash bags. We've had rentals with thin paper towels and thin trash bags. We appreciate this a lot !!!

Great location

Comfy and roomy cabin, almost walking distance to Bear Mountain. Enjoyed our stay a lot! Equipped with everything we needed. Washer/dryer was nice! Having the garage was awesome! Had to go to a vacation rental management office supposedly to pick up the keys. They said they close at 10pm putting us under enormous pressure to make it up there on time. Then all they gave us was a door code. Why not just email/text it to us like everyone else does? It was already fully paid for.

Hi, Lars! We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. The city does require us to do a face to face check-in. Which is why it is mandatory for us to do that step. We hope you understand. Thank you, Big Bear Cool Cabins

We had a great stay, and you are very responsive to my calls, thank you. Here's a list of issues you may want to address:1. One dining rm. chair needs gluing up, incl. the arm easily falls off.2. Cabinet under sink is always humid, mold smell.3. There is only one table knife (I found it in a downstairs closet). 4. All the outlets are super loose. Phone and computer chargers fall right out. Had to prop them up with a stick. I recommend getting new ones, as there's no way to tighten them. 5. There are several light bulbs out. No big deal, just saying. 6. I was not aware that our parking space (besides the garage) is across the street between neighbors' houses. You might want to put up a diagram for your next guests. A neighbor told me where we can park. I bet they're tired of doing that. Better communication of that detail would be helpful for future guests. 7. A metal spatula to be used with the grill would be good. I had to use a plastic one, which is not ideal, as it could burn. 8. I understand guests break dishes on occasion so replacements dont always match. That's ok to a point, but right now there not even 4 complete place settings. Just feels less than ideal, know what I mean? Just saying, a matching set of 4-6 plates, bowls, & glasses would feel like you're really taking care of your guests.9. The couches are very worn out. When you sit down with family, side by side, we all fall in toward the soft middle. Otherwise, it was great. Thanks

Nice condo on the golf course

Right on a snow covered golf course. Very close to Bear Mountain. Close to Snow Summit off-site shuttle parking. Very comfortable for our group of 3 teens and an adult.

Very rundown but close to slopes

The condo is very rundown! You can tell that nothing has been done to the condo for several years. The best thing this place has going for it is the location. **not able to deselect “I loved it** for some reason

My First Impression was nice, private and cozy!

My family and I will always remember our stay here at the Bear Mountain Escape Condo. Between the fire place, the tall ceilings and wifi connection, it was perfect! My daughter enjoyed the balcony view in the mornings, breakfast was amazing with all the shutters up and the sun beaming through. Very comfortable stay. My daughter enjoyed her birthday in Big Bear along with all her little cousins. Thank you guys dearly.

Decent

Great location. However, the bedding isn't very good unless you have small kids. I have 2 large boys and they could barely fit on the beds. The pull out bed in the living room didn't have any sheets for it. While the bathrooms & kitchen were clean, the walls and carpet were filthy all over the condo. This place could be super nice if just a little work was done.

Great cozy cabin

My friends and I loved the place. It was so close to the mountain and close enough to any market. The cabin was a little smaller than I expected and didn't have wifi but the cabin was very comfy and a great place to stay at. The kitchen should have a knife sharpener too. But loved the cabin. Would love to come back another time
